Ready to rumble.
I have had a long break from golf, longer than anticipated. We moved from Florida back to Denmark in the beginning of 2020 and all has gone well. I will now concentrate on playing in Europen and the Staysure Tour. It is a colder climate, but so nice to be back to our children, family and Danish friends.
I was about to fly to Spain to see coach Leif Nyholm at the end of March as the corona virus shut down Spain and Denmark. I never left Denmark and with the whole world at a stand still, I knew my golfseason would start a lot later than planned.
The first tournament for me will be the Scandinavian Pro Am on June 15 at the Scandinavian in Denmark. The Staysure Tour will not commence before August, so I will spend most of my summer practicing on a better position with my left wrist at the top of the backswing and hope to have this fixed by August. It will take thousands of balls to adjust to this position, but it feels so right when I am on the driving range.
I am delighted to announce that my main sponsor Widex has signed a new 2 year deal. It has been a very important relationship for me and it has just gotten stronger since they signed the first 2 year term in 2012. Thanks Widex and happy to be a representative of your company. :)
I will be back with more news as the summer approaches and we get an update from the Staysure Tour.
Enjoy the golfseason.
